UM Surabaya Deploys Health Protocol Task Force Team in Every Persebaya Home Game

University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya (UM Surabaya) fielded dozens of health protocol task force teams in the sixth week of BRI League 1 2022/2023 at the Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, Surabaya, Tuesday (23/08/2022).

Not only is it committed to being the official sponsor of Persebaya, the UM Surabaya health task force team also cares about the health of the supporters at GBT.

"This afternoon the task force team opened free tests including cholesterol, blood pressure, uric acid, blood sugar for supporters," said Junaidi Fery Efendi Head of Student Affairs at UM Surabaya.

Apart from providing free medical examination services, UM Surabaya also provides dozens of free forms for bonek bonita who wish to continue studying at UM Surabaya.

"Hopefully the health education and educational opportunities offered will have a big impact going forward," he said.

Junaidi also invited bonek bonita to make the best use of scholarship opportunities, because the bonek bonita scholarships had entered batch 3 and could be closed at any time if the quota was met.

Meanwhile, the task force team, which is part of the team for checking body temperature, providing handsanitizers and free health checks, has repeatedly carried out campaigns reminding them to keep wearing masks and comply with health protocols while in the Gelora Bung Karno (GBT) area.

Islam Syaifurrahman explained that we are preparing dozens of personnel to go down directly to ensure that all visitors comply with the protocol. This will be done every Persebaya home match.

We will carry out body temperature checks, provide handsanitizers and free health checks like this. As an educational campus, we will continue to promote health care. Even though the pandemic has tended to improve, we will remain vigilant," said Islam as head of the task force.
