Requirements:
- Minimum report card score for Semesters I–V: 7.5
- Submit photos of the house condition
- Attach a KIP-K Card or use a registration card listed in DTKS and categorized under Deciles 1, 2, or 3
Benefits Received:
- Exemption from Building Fees and Tuition Fees, excluding the Registration Form Fee
